The Core Community is a safe space for people to connect, create, develop and hopefully deliver residential property ideas and opportunities, which will not only benefit themselves, and the people around them, but their own community as well. The idea is for the Core Community to grow organically. If it becomes clear there is a need for a new channel of communication, to encourage like-minded people to come together and exchange ideas and support each other around a new theme, which has the potential to create opportunities and make a positive difference.

WE CURRENTLY HAVE TWO CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION,
WITH MORE PLANNED SOON
One encourages engagement between residential property investors and social housing providers, to create opportunities to deliver decent, affordable and secure homes for some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
The second channel supports people to become qualified Residential Surveyors, enabling them to have the opportunity to choose a career with an excellent work life balance.

A CONSIDERED
APPROACH
The idea of the Core Community came from the Founder of Core Homes and Core Consult, Andrew Turner. Born out of years of experience in the residential property sector, as a qualified Project Manager, Residential Surveyor and Teacher, Andrew has developed strong belief, that with the right support, residential property can serve for the greater good. For an individual, and for their community.
